Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – MY MEDY

At MY MEDY, customer safety and hygiene are our highest priorities. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we follow a strict cancellation, return, and refund policy as outlined below.

 

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing the order.

  2. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@mymedy.in.

  3. Cancellation requests received after 60 minutes will not be accepted as the order processing begins promptly.

Returns & Refunds (Hygiene Policy)

  1. For hygiene and safety reasons, MY MEDY products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

  2. Due to the fragile and sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

  1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will be treated as no-compensation cases.

  3. To report an issue, write to us at info@mymedy.in with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging

    • A brief description of the issue

  4. Replacement or refund (if any) will be subject to MY MEDY’s internal evaluation and verification process.

  5. The company’s decision regarding replacement or refund shall be final and binding.

Evaluation Process

  • All damaged or defective product claims are reviewed through MY MEDY’s internal quality and verification process.

  • Approval of replacement or refund is entirely at the discretion of the company.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Used, opened, or tampered products

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Hazardous or regulated materials

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available for hygiene products.

  • If a replacement is approved due to damage or defect, it will be processed only after successful internal evaluation.

European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If the order is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, untampered, and in original packaging

  • The hygiene seal remains intact

Once the product is opened or used, the right to return is void due to hygiene regulations.

Refunds (If Approved)

  1. If a refund is approved after evaluation, it will be credited to the original payment method.

  2. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

  3. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.

  4. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at info@mymedy.in.

Policy Updates

  • MY MEDY reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
