At MY MEDY, customer safety and hygiene are our highest priorities. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we follow a strict cancellation, return, and refund policy as outlined below.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing the order.

Cancellation requests received after 60 minutes will not be accepted as the order processing begins promptly.
Returns & Refunds (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons, MY MEDY products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

Due to the fragile and sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will be treated as no-compensation cases.

Evaluation Process

Approval of replacement or refund is entirely at the discretion of the company.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for hygiene products.

If a replacement is approved due to damage or defect, it will be processed only after successful internal evaluation.
European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If the order is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused, unopened, untampered, and in original packaging

The hygiene seal remains intact
Once the product is opened or used, the right to return is void due to hygiene regulations.
Refunds (If Approved)

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
