Thank you for shopping with MY MEDY. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@mymedy.in before placing your order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or checkout page.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India):
    Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote or non-serviceable areas

  • Regulatory or logistical issues beyond our control

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or message containing tracking details.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email ID are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • MY MEDY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@mymedy.in with your order ID.

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and take appropriate action based on our internal investigation and courier confirmation.

8. Damaged Packages During Transit

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If damage is noticed after delivery, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

9. Partial Deliveries

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability or logistics. You will be notified accordingly.

10. Change or Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once an order has been shipped, address changes, cancellations, or delivery modifications are not possible.
