In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and take appropriate action based on our internal investigation and courier confirmation.
8. Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

If damage is noticed after delivery, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
