    Why Choose MY Cup?

    Eco-Friendly Alternative

Disposable sanitary products contribute heavily to environmental waste. MY Cup is reusable for years, helping reduce landfill waste and your carbon footprint. One cup can replace hundreds of disposable products.

    Comfortable & Reusable Design

Made from medical-grade soft silicone rubber, MY Cup is:

    • Flexible and body-adaptive
    • Smooth and irritation-free
    • Safe for internal use
    • Designed for long-term reusability

It ensures a comfortable fit without dryness, friction, or discomfort.

    High Capacity for Extended Protection

MY Cup holds more menstrual fluid than pads or tampons, allowing longer wear time and fewer changes. Available in Small, Medium, and Large, it caters to different flow levels and lifestyles.

MY Cup Advantages – Farewell to Hassles, Welcome to Comfort

    • Comfortable, Flexible Fit – Secure seal allows worry-free movement during work, sleep, workouts, and travel.

Beyond Comfort – Addressing Menstrual Health Concerns

MY Cup is made from non-porous, antibacterial material, which may help reduce bacterial growth when cleaned and used properly—potentially minimizing the risk of urinary tract infections (UTIs).

    PCOS Friendly

For individuals with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), MY Cup provides gentle, pressure-free protection and improved comfort during sensitive cycles.

    Hypoallergenic Assurance

Free from chemicals, dyes, and toxins, MY Cup is hypoallergenic, making it suitable even for sensitive users and minimizing irritation risks.

How to Use MY Cup – Step-by-Step Guide

    Before You Begin

First-time users should read this guide carefully. If you have any gynecological or medical concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use.

    • Clean using MY Cup Wash, or
    • Boil in water for 5–10 minutes
    • Wash hands thoroughly before insertion

Choose a fold that suits you best:

    • Punch Down Fold
    • C-Fold
    • 7-Fold
    • S-Fold
    • Origami Fold

Finding the right fold is a personal preference and may take a few tries.

Relax and insert the folded cup gently. Ensure it opens fully and forms a proper seal to prevent leaks.

Wash hands, gently pull the stem until you reach the base, pinch the base to break the seal, and remove slowly.

Keep the cup upright while removing, empty the contents, and wash with MY Cup Wash or warm water.

Note: A longer stem is provided for better grip. It may be trimmed, but not shorter than 0.6 cm (¼ inch).
